2010.1.7. Waiting

Waiting for students' homework

These days, I often log on this website to view students' uploadings with expectation and excitement.  Some did a fast job, and some just lagged behind. I hope everyone can meet the deadline: January 11, 2010.  However, the most important thing is that we can really think deeply about the issue and make efforts to find out the possible answers. By so doing, what we have gone through in the classroom discussions can then truely affect our lives.

2010.1.4.The Last Class

The Last Class in this semester
本學期最後一次上課

As the night set in, I watched the junior students leaving the classroom.  It was wet outside. The temperature was low, and everyone was tired.  I guessed they were longing for food, especially a bowl of hot soup.  I was exhausted too, but I had to go back to my study room to create ten new blogs for them to upload their final projects.

I failed to show them any episode in the "Tawain Portrait" Series or "A World for Chinese" Series.  I wondered whether they would have the chance to understand the great deeds of these extra-ordinary people living among us.  However, it is not up to me now.  The seeds have been cast.  I hope they did enjoy some of the materials covered in this course and get inspired in some way.

Will I meet them again?  I don't really know.
